Terms of Trade

  1. Collection is from The West Melton Plant Nursery.
  2. Payment is to be made on collection of the goods.
  3. Our preferred method of payment is Eftpos or cash.
  4. All prices include GST.
  5. The plants become the responsibility and are at the sole risk of the customer on leaving the nursery.
  6. We do our best in growing strong and healthy plants. Any complaints must be lodged within seven days of receipt of the goods.
  7. All goods remain the property of The Nursery until full payment has been received.
